After you have prepaid please fill out this form. We need to know if we are to send it via Australia Post ( and work out the weight/delivery costs) or if you are coming in locally to pick it up. If locally  then by filling out this form we will be able  to know the day and time that best suits you and if your wanting it to be delivered by post then please wait until we pack it up ready to be sent.
